Managing Director and Co-Founder
Ben's 20+ year career began with 8 years at 'Big 4' consultancies (PwC, IBM and Accenture), followed by 6 years at Goldman Sachs in Operations change & department management roles. Since 2013, Ben has performed lead roles on front office regulatory change programs (for example EMIR, MiFID II and IBOR Transition), including at Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Nomura.


SAM FORD
Managing Director and Co-Founder
Sam has 30 years of front office experience in Banking and Capital Markets, in business head, COO and consulting roles, with broad international experience across multiple business areas, products, and client types. He has a track record in driving strategic change, re-engineering business processes and successfully tackling new challenges, often with no “roadmap”.

Senior Associate
Nana has over 21 years of experience
and a wealth of knowledge from
top investment banks.
She holds a Masters in Law and is a versatile change consultant with primary expertise in strategic client facing initiatives, including regulatory change, client novations, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC and client on-boarding and off-boarding initiatives.

over 16 years of experience.
He has broad strategy, business operations, finance, compliance, and cross-functional project delivery experience,
and expertise in designing and implementing robust operational and regulatory compliance frameworks that are automated and customer-centric.

Femi is a dedicated strategic change management professional with over
15 years of proven, front-to-back project delivery experience in Financial Services and consulting. He has specific expertise in strategic target operating models within front office initiatives, regulatory client due diligence, client outreach, operational effectiveness, AML initiatives, and regulatory driven legal entity novations.
