Strategic & Regulatory Change Programme (2014-2017)

1. Regulatory impact analysis, client outreach & repapering, process change, sales education & support, and trading controls to ensure timely compliance with all key global regulations including Dodd Frank, EMIR & Delegated Trade Reporting, Global Margin, Bail In & Stays, PRIIPS, MiFID II.


2. Client Lifecycle Management deployment - analysis & UAT for CLM system rollout & strategic improvements to onboarding /KYC & offboarding to focus on high value clients & reduce operational costs.

JAPANESE INVESTMENT BANK, GLOBAL MARKETS (GM)

MIFID II and Brexit Programmes (2017-2019)

1. MiFID II Delivery Manager: programme planning, governance and delivery, reporting to Head of GM Regulatory Response.

2. Senior Project Manager - MiFID II Client Outreach: Led team of 20+ Big 4 Consultants to define & execute Outreach & Front Office engagement strategy.

3. Senior Project Manager - Brexit Client Strategy - incl. client engagement, booking model changes, staff relocation.

4. EMEA Sales COO Regulatory SME - led impact analysis, sales engagement in outreach & repapering.

IBOR Transition Programmes
(2020)

1. US Bank - ARR Transition Program:

- Strategic advice on all aspects of program scoping and mobilisation. 

- Scoping of Legal & Client Engagement strategy & approach, and development of contract & client database to underpin Outreach playbook.

- Design of strategic program plan & governance framework.

2. Australian Bank - IBOR Transition Program:

- Assurance Review of IBOR Program scope, approach and preparedness.
